This is my second trip to the wonderful and amazing beauty of the city of Rome. When I first came to Rome, I realized that I would return here again. Maybe magic acts ... I threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain ... :) Trip to Rome
His trip to Rome planned for two and a half months. Booked their own flights and accommodation online at the end of February. And eagerly waited for the next holiday. And the long-awaited day has come ... The plane "Transaero" landed in Italy, at the airport Fiumicino. The weather, which we were informed by the commander of the crew, not happy, the temperature in Rome dropped to 6C +, drizzling rain. But winter is not the same as in Moscow ... :)
Take a bus from the plane, we were brought to the terminal № 3. Next to pass through customs and passport control. In the halls of the airport to be guided by the signs, to go to the desired area, they will be written: passport control (passport control area), customs zone - the customs area and baggage claim belt - baggage.
So, pick up your luggage, I went to the bus stop. Now we have to get to Rome. Bus to Termini is easy to find, it is indicated by the corresponding label. Tickets can be purchased on the bus (5 euros), prepare in advance a little money.
35-40 minutes later I was at the train station Termini. At the station, bought a sim card for aypada (25 euros) to constantly go online. Bought a ticket for the week (24 euros). My hotel was located in the center of Rome, near Piazza Venezia. From the train station by bus number 175 provides connections to Venice, and from there we had to order a taxi with a suitcase was not very comfortable to walk on the road, lined with stone, yes, and to be honest, I was afraid that I could go in the wrong direction. By taxi to the place 5 minutes away (10 euros), was a Sunday, the weekend taxi is more expensive here.
From Moscow by email the day before departure, I contacted the owner of the hotel, warned at what time I will be at the hotel and that I speak only in Russian. Book a hotel, in the room was the shower, toilet, fridge, TV, safe, wi-fi. Overall, I was all arranged.
That started my "Roman holiday" ... :) Quoting myself up about an hour I looked around the neighborhood where you can eat, where to drink a cup of coffee, where the bus stops, etc.
Travel to Rome
As I said, the weather turned bad in front of my flying, began to rain, by the evening it got cold at night and all the next day was rain, t + dropped to 3C. But this did not prevent me to get into the city. True it was cold and very wet everywhere. In the morning I drove to the supermarket for groceries. Then he went to St. Peter's Cathedral, as the weather was not walking the streets. In the evening, the rain had stopped, looked out the sun. And the next few days the weather was sunny and warm (10 C).

Every day was painted by the minute, I see a lot, a lot to catch. But 6 days flew by! Sorry again did not have time to examine everything and get around ... All the sights that I could see and photograph, I described earlier in my articles.
The journey to Rome was awesome! Convinced again and again that traveling alone is fun and easy! Even if you do not know English.
Of course, not knowing the language complicates communication, but do not let that scare you travel abroad.
And if you have the desire and ability to learn English, learn, it will only benefit ... :)
I wish you a pleasant journey, my friends! :)
