OFF Piotrkowska is a project whose aim is to stimulate Lodz by conducting wide-ranging cultural activities initiated in the Ramisch factory. The project is focused musicians, artists , designers , entertainers , fashion designers and other activists broad OFF culture .

The old walls of the factories have become a place of development of culture , art and creative business. This location will help in the development of creative business and creative activities to ensure the activation space. The project also aims to create an alternative to the main stream consumer in shaping the area 's lively bohemian design just the right pace. People and their imagination have become the only restriction on cultural activities here.
Piotrkowska Street, the main high-street and tourist attraction, runs north to south for a little over five kilometres (3.1 miles). This makes it one of the longest commercial streets in the world. A few of the building façades, which date back to the 19th century, have been renovated. It is the site of restaurants, bars and cafes in Łódź's city centre.
