Brest fortress is a key place of World War II and of Belarusian and Soviet history. A memorial to people's bravery.
About Брестская крепость / Brest fortress
Bialowieza forest has a small part open for tourists, and a grand mostly closed part. My advice is to hire a bike, because the territories are so large you won't walk all of it on foot. Also you shall dedicate a whole day to it.
About Национальный парк «Беловежская Пуща»
An abandoned trinity catholic church with mason symbols and kept pictures on the walls we've found on our way from the forest to quarries.
About Троiцкi касцёл
The same church on the outside. Three kids of age 10 made us a little explanation of what it is. The ruins are amazing and is one of the greatest discoveries of the day.
Krasnoselskie chalk quarries are unnatural, human-made and stunningly beautiful, with bright blue clean water and fjord-like coast. Though it can be dangerous to be here, and it is actually forbidden.
