We decided to got off the bus here to take a look around this beautiful mountain. My friend really wanted to take the ropeway to Akechidaira Observatory for a better view but unfortunately the wind was strong that they needed to stop the rope way :(
From Nikko station to this stop, the bus fare was about 1000yen. And Of course you can pay buy SUICA, no need to buy a ticket when you have SUICA (y).
We lined up to wait for the bus to come and take us to Chujenji Lake but the line was so long and I am not a patient one so I decided to walk to the town dragging my friend with me. The wind was no joke T.T I had to say so! But We made it to the town anyway and we saw the traffic jam there. So I bet walking was not totally bad.
The colors was just perfect for a natural picture.
I chose Yuba Udon for lunch.

Second, Yuba is Nikko's Speciality, can't miss it!
900 yen for a big bowl of Yuba Udon!
On the way back to the town, I got off at Futarasan Shrine. The ticket was only 200yen.
